Excellent Hotel Experience
good selection stationary bikes
The breakfast included a good selection of items (especially the fruit). The gym was also great, with three treadmills and two stationary bikes available.

charming Stay near the River
useful parking swimming pool attentive staff
i found parking especially useful. the swimming pool provided good relaxation. breakfast included many options. the staff responded quickly to requests and were attentive. the room was clean I will note.
I noticed there was a strange smell in the bathroom. It needs addressing

Fantastic Stay with River Views!
river view great location sunny terrace
The hotel enjoys a super location next to the river. Many rooms offer views of the river and bridge, and a terrace extends from the bar for sunny days (perfect!). The hotel is also just a short walk into the town center, where there are many shops and restaurants.
I could hear sounds, like from a train station, in the morning, that shook the room. Sleep quality was just average.

The room was clean and of good size. I enjoyed the view from my riverside room. The bed was VERY comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a busy day exploring nearby attractions. The room included complimentary toiletries.

The hotel is centrally located near public transport. I found a Lidl store nearby. A lovely castle walk is within easy reach. the river views provide a relaxing atmosphere, and it's near bars and restaurants.

The breakfast room offers amazing views and plenty of food variety. I dined at the in-house restaurant. The staff were super friendly. The food was very nice (i loved it!).

charming stay!
easy access blackout curtains
the location was great. i had easy access to nearby attractions!!! the room was quiet with lovely blackout curtains. plenty of tea, coffee, and milk were available daily.
the shower head was quite mouldy. a staff member attempted to clean it upon arrival. it remained mouldy, so nothing else happened .

the pool area included a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. adjacent to this area, i saw a large gym with approximately twenty exercise machines, so it was convenient. the reception staff were very cute and friendly.

dirty sink hard bed
The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. i noticed hair in the sink upon arrival, and the carpet had visible stains. also, the bed in the room felt quite hard. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult. A mattress upgrade would be beneficial.
